Our congregation is dedicated to Cass Community Social Services, a local nonprofit that grew out of our work with the homeless and the developmentally disabled. We work toward a greener and more accepting world. CCSS is accepting and appreciating volunteers more than ever as they re-build their volunteer base after the pandemic. The mission of the Cass Community Publishing House is to give a voice to writers from groups who are under-represented by the five major publishing companies and to offer a spotlight for religious and urban issues. Book sales by CCPH support the Cass food, housing, health care, and jobs programs in Detroit.
